Service and payment terms

Every Oriental Culture Travel journey is private and designed for you. Here is how it works, simply.

Payment

• No deposit. Asking for a plan and a quote is free, and confirming your trip costs nothing.
• 80% when you arrive. You pay 80% of the total price when we meet you in China.
• 20% when your trip ends. You pay the remaining 20% at the end of your trip.

Cancelling before you arrive

Cancelling before you arrive is free of charge.

Ending your trip early

You can end your trip early at any time. We refund the days you don't use, less a small 20% fee on those days only. If the reason is on our side, there is no fee at all.

What every trip includes

• Airport pick-up and drop-off.
• A private car and driver. Choose your vehicle: sedan, business MPV or minibus.
• Hotels you choose from our hand-picked list.
• Licensed local guides who speak your language.
• Meals your way: we arrange them, halal on request, or you dine on your own.
• A local gift for every traveller.
• Free photography during your trip.

• Before you travel, we reply on WhatsApp within 1 hour (09:00–22:00 GMT+4) and send your quote within 24 hours.
• During your trip, we are on WhatsApp 24/7.
• Any concern is answered within 30 minutes and sorted out fast.
